Lockout Locksmith PA provides mobile locksmith services in Allentown, PA and surrounding Lehigh Valley communities including Bethlehem, Easton, Whitehall, Emmaus, Northampton, and more. Services include residential, commercial, and automotive locksmith work performed by trained, licensed, and insured technicians.
2. Service Area & Availability
We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Response times may vary based on location, time of day, and technician availability. Quoted arrival times are estimates, not guarantees.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are provided as estimates and may vary based on job complexity once our technician is on-site. Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins — you are never obligated to proceed. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Service fees may apply for dispatch and after-hours calls.
4. Customer Responsibilities
By requesting service, you confirm that: you are the owner of, or have legal authority to request work on, the lock, vehicle, or property; you will provide accurate location and contact information; and you will be present (or have an authorized representative present) at the time of service. Lockout Locksmith PA reserves the right to refuse service if there is reasonable doubt about ownership or authorization.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Pennsylvania law, we are not liable for pre-existing damage to locks, doors, vehicles, or property. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6. Warranty
We stand behind our work. If you experience an issue with a service we performed within 30 days, contact us and we will return to remedy it at no additional charge, provided the issue is due to our workmanship.

8. Governing Law
